The Immediate Past President’s role is that of a Chairman
The Immediate Past President must be a mentor to the President
The Immediate Past President must Head the Committee responsible for the elections every three years
The Immediate Past President together with the President shall elect a Board of Trustees who will become responsible and accountable for the Long Term Assets of the Mandal
At the Presidents request the Immediate Past President must help the President in carrying out his duties in so far as it concerns the Think Tank Committee (if in existence) or any other broader steering committee
At the Presidents request the Immediate Past President must help the President in carrying out his duties in so far as it concerns the running of Mandal
To ensure that any conflict of interest that may arise with the President’s responsibilities are removed The Immediate Past President will Chair the Board of Trustees and the Think Tank Committee and any other Broader Steering Committee. |
