The
Presidents role is that of a Chief Executive Officer running the day to day affairs of the Mandal
The President must ensure that the Constitution is upheld at all times
The President must preside at all Office Bearers and Executive Committee Meetings and other Sub Committee Meeting as he/she considers necessary
The President is responsible for the general supervision and operation of the Mandal
The President must establish a long and short term plans for Mandals growth
The President must delegate responsibilities as he/she deems fit
The President must consult with the Trustees in respect of decisions affecting immovable property belonging to the Mandal
The President must ensure that the Mandal is run on democratic principles and that there is due process in all the Mandals daily operations
The President must ensure that democratic elections are held every three years
The President must represent the Mandal at local, regional and national levels as required
The President must ensure that planning and budgeting is carried out every year
The President must ensure that all the Members are kept informed of the Mandals activities
The President has the authority to create Committees and Sub Committees within the Executive Committee and Outside the Executive Committee as he deems fit if it is for the benefit of the all the Members
The President must ensure that the Mandal is in compliance of all regulations affecting the Mandal and its activities
The President must ensure that the all Office Bearers discharge their duties in terms of the constitution and the all regulations affecting the Mandal and its activities
The President must ensure that the Mandals workload is spread evenly between the Executive Committee Members
The President must ensure that the duty to maintain the register of Members and the Website is appropriately delegated
The President must ensure that the Mandal is in compliance with the Data Protection Act
The President must lead by example and must remain impartial at all times
