Directory Details

The committee has discussed on many occasions the need for a new and updated address directory. At the same time however, it has also noticed that such an initiative requires a large amount of effort as well as money. Further to that, there is also the unavoidable situation that a directory would be out of date before it even reached the printing press.

Instead, we are looking at various other ways in which this information can be kept up to date and distributed. Various suggestions have been made such as allowing members of the community to send in updates to their details via various customized forms on this website, or having an online function that allows members of the community to securely request portions of the database in electronic format.

All of these options are being considered. Be assured that your Executive Committee will always ensure all issues relating to personal information confidentiality are maintained to very highest standards. Additionally, it will never use methods by which this confidential information can be accessed without first looking to you, the community, for your thoughts and concerns on such a project
